Are group discounts available?

Group discounts are available for private, on-site classes with 10 or more students. Group discounts are not available for our public, open enrollment classes.

What is your refund policy?

How large are your classes?

The maximum class size for public classes is 24 students. There is no attendance limit for private classes, although smaller classes are more conducive for thoughtful discussion.

What are your payment options?

Is this a technical course?

Nope. Steve talks a lot about topics of a technical nature, but does so using language that anyone can understand. Steve loves sharing analogies and personal anecdotes to drive home understanding.

Are there any course prerequisites?

Nope. Having some idea of how computer networks function is a plus, but it is not a prerequisite.
