Are group discounts available?
Group discounts are available for private, on-site classes with eight or more students. Group discounts are not available for our public, open enrollment classes.
What is your refund policy?
Registered students may receive a full refund up to seven (7) days prior to the class date. A student registration can be transferred to another individual at any time by contacting us at email@example.com.

How large are your classes?
Both public and private classes may incorporate 8-24 students. For organizations that wish to train more than 24 students, we recommend hosting two or more private, on-site classes.

Is this a technical course?
No. This course is designed for non-technical sales, marketing, and business development professionals.
Are there any course prerequisites?
No. Having some idea of how computer networks function is a plus, but it is not a prerequisite.
